Arrive at 5.10pm to locked doors and staff who are ignoring me when signage out the front and google says it’s open till 5.30pm. Poor service

One of my favourite places to shop. The team are the best I have encountered at any Adairs. They’re all always smiling and happy to help with anything I need. If they don’t have what I’m looking for in stock, they’ve always been more than happy to order it in for me and I have always had it come in way quicker than if it was an online order.

Such a wonderful experience. Went in to check if our lights had come in (as we were in the area). The staff member (didn't catch his name) was super helpful and went out to check and it was in. Made our experience so pleasant. I've worked in retail for 20 years and good customer service is hard to come by. Thanks team
