I went into priceline about 2 weeks ago and all the staff were nice but there was this girl with blonde hair and a septum piercing with a skull on it that were yelling at the customer for things that they hadn't even done.. we were smelling this stuff and she started yelling at us did you put that bath bomb in the water??' And then we said no and then she was saying that i was rude and I said but I didn't even put it in there and she was telling us that we couldn't smell things to and she was just so rude but then the other staff that were working were so nice telling us that we could smell anything we want !!"

I get near every script from this Pharmacy, they are super quick and always helpful. Another helpful addition is the app you can use to upload a script via, in which they give you a notification when it is ready to be collected.You couldn't ask for better service from any/all of the staff.

Very friendly pharmacy, the girls that work there are great. Carina went out of her way to help as much as she could to acquire medication that was in very short supply. They are always super helpful and will do what ever they can to get what you need.

I've been to this pharmacy 3 times, twice i dealt with Pharmacist Brendan and it was a pleasure doing business on these visits. Unfortunately, the other Pharmacist Carina needs some education and training when it comes to anything more than basic scripts. Took nearly an hour to get her to call my doctor regarding a discrepency on the script (doctors error), once she finally rang the doctor it took 2 minutes to get my medication, the medication I'm referring to is required to be taken morning and night everyday to prevent withdrawal symptoms as I'm on a decreasing regime of targin, this meant i went Monday without it and Tuesday morning until she would believe me, i found her to be judgemental and extremely unsupportive when i explained this to her as online it showed that particular pharmacy being open on the Queens Birthday from 9am-6pm, she refused to believe that too, saying pharmacies aren't open on this public holiday. In fact, alot of pharmacies are open on public holidays for this reason. This meant i had to miss 3 doses of a very important medication that caused terrible side affects while waiting for her to believe me. The staff appear lovely and i look forward to this being my pharmacy in the future, as a nurse i will endevour to ensure all doctors scripts are written perfectly before taking them in again to prevent any further issues with perhaps an inexperienced or new pharmacist.
