Craig & Maryanne's service is Amazing!!!! We had some bad pet urine stains and smells on our carpet and rugs for them to remove and the job they did was flawless. Lovely people and we highly recommend them.

I had spoken with Dave about getting a carpet clean service we wanted, and was assured this would be done. I called back and booked it in with Craig/Greg, who I let know to check with Dave for all our agreed details.He was dismissive and rude on the phone and I could tell he didn’t listen to me. Sure enough, Showed up without knowing what I had discussed with Dave and was only going to to a very basic clean. I tried to call him to ask for some understanding on what had happened, he continually interrupted me, and when I asked him to give me a minute to speak he hung up on me. Very dismissive, and rude service from this man.

Thanks to our family dog I had a carpet emergency so texted Craig very early one morning with an SOS. He was there that afternoon to help!Unfortunately the carpet couldn't be saved, but Craig was nice enough to help rip it up at no cost to us.Whilst he was there the rest of the carpets through the house were cleaned and came up brand new. This is quite a major feat given I have 3 very active grubby kids, a dog and a cat!Highly recommend New Life not just for any carpet emergencies, but just to bring your carpets back to life.
