Failed to supply doors as quoted with like for like locking barrels as originally quoted.Took 2 days off work waiting around all day to get this sorted firstly by Jason Windows and secondly by an independent contractor organized by Jason Windows and was given the run around both times only to be hung up on by the receptionist trying to finally sort a resolution.Great products and installation but very poor customer service post sale.

I had a broken door handle which I expected to have to pay to replace. Not only did Jason Windows replace free of charge they replaced two other sets of handles at no cost. Staff were very helpful and I left their showroom highly satisfied with the service. I found it hard to believe that in this day and age a company would display such loyalty to its customers. Phoned to order a complete retro fit and requested delivery, we are approx120K away from Bunbury and although I was previously advised they do delivered, I was subsequently told later that they absolutely do NOT deliver. Who doesn't deliver these days. I am sure their product is fine but who would know.23/01/2023 My issue is that you DO NOT DELIVER (Delivery only) any further than the immediate Bunbury area which is not very helpful for anyone living in the South West. I was advised initially that you would deliver to site, then I was advised that we would need to arrange for a 3rd party contractor to attend your business to pick up the items to be delivered (delivery only,). It would be helpful if your delivery area was stated on your web page. It maybe a small issue but when sourcing a large amount of items, unqualified fully insured 3rd party delivery contractors are difficult, if not impossible to locate and to insure those items in transit at any level is impossible.

Product displayed well and resulted in us following through with a sale at the Bunbury store, where the staff were friendly, efficient and obliging.

If your looking for after sales service, this is not the place for you. Apparently too busy with new clients with new homes? Here’s a tip for you, if you don’t look after existing clients who have your products you will get a bad reputation and you won’t have anymore new clients. Just a thought. Leave a bit of time in your bookings each day/week for after sales service. Yes you are correct, my wife made initial contact. We have sought help elsewhere, they came that day. But thanks for taking on board what I said and making an effort later.
