Been a customer for over 13 years now and their support has been invaluable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and (as mentioned) supportive and I wouldn’t hesitate to promote their services. I couldn’t speak higher of them. A recent issue arose and they were able to address my concerns and resolve it. Can’t say much more than that.

Went to get some antibiotics, $20 for three tablets! Chemist warehouse is charging $8 for 7 tablets of the same medication. Acknowledge that they're not chemist warehouse but the price markup is quite ridiculous. No counselling provided either. Won't be going back

Always have an extensive range of products, but it's the customer service that sets this pharmacy apart from others. In particular, Ben manages to be thoroughly professional and personable, helpful and friendly. I witnessed him expertly deal with a difficult customer with the skill and maturity of someone much older. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I visited St Francis Pharmacy Subiaco around 7:30pm Thursday night and was so grateful for all the helpful advice I received. The gentleman at the counter (sorry I didn't get his name) was super polite and well-mannered. Kirsty went above and beyond to help me and did it all with a smile. So happy to have such a lovely bunch working at my local pharmacy. Thank you so much!

Disappointed. I'll never go back.I bought 2 RAT tests at the Pharmacy about 2 weeks ago - for $35 Found them elsewhere for $20.I went to buy eye drops today, $19.95... I knew they were only $7.50 at Chemist Warehouse and was prepared to pay $10 - but $20 is beyond ridiculous.I appreciate your response.Providing advice on how to use a product that has the same advice written on it doesn't and shouldn't result in near 180% markup. I'm not price sensitive (not a great comment) I don't believe people should be grossly overcharged.I definitely accept your response on RAT kits.Assuming someone's demographics (incorrectly) isn't appropriate.All the very best for the future.
