Epic is such a great gym and community to be a part of!Loz and the team always give it their all to encourage, motivate and create a whole range of top sessions every week.It’s one of the few gyms I’ve been to where I’ve felt welcome by not only the trainers but every person there, and well supported to try new or harder skills.

Did my first guided workout here today. Was very impressed!The gym is modern, clean and well equipped. Bree is super friendly and encouraging of a beginner like myself.Looking forward to going back

Epic fitness is incredible, my training and fitness has gone to a whole other level since joining EPIC. Loz provides such a variety of training options with her group fitness, I love that every session is so different and there are such a variety of times to suit, early mornings or post work sessions. Her team are all so motivating and inspiring, it’s a little community everyone supporting and encouraging each other throughout. I would highly recommend EPIC fitness.

I love working out at Epic Fitness! There is a great range of classes to choose from, including Strength, WOD, Boxing, MetaPwr, MetaFit and yoga. Lauren and her employees are professional but also really warm, making you feel welcome and at ease. They encourage you to be the best version of yourself and to challenge yourself each session. I suffered from a frozen shoulder for over a year and Lauren was able to modify each class so I could still participate despite my limitations!

Epic Fitness has honestly changed my life for the better in every way! Loz and her team are everything you can ask for in trainers! Diverse…passionate…supportive…and always fun! EVERY session is different, exciting and of course challenging. Epic is definitely my second home!!!
