I ordered a Janome sewing machine with bonus attachments and was happy with the purchasing process. Australia Post dropped the ball but with follow up from both ends, Including Shelley it was resolved. Thank you Shelley.

The price to pay for this mannequin is more than double the other mannequins available to buy. However, the product is of a much higher quality in comparison.Personally, I would prefer to pay more for something that looks nicer too.

From a great price to outstanding service, this online sewing business deserves 5 stars. Shelley answered my phone question and with her friendly manner to give me very useful information about getting the best for my money. Her communication continues with regular emails about how she will look after any warranty issue, useful tips, little gifts to say Thankyou and invites to regular raffle to win great prizes. I feel like the owner is enthusiastic and hoping her business resembles a little sewing community sharing our creations and tips etc,.
