give these guys a miss. recent move from cairns to brisbane with transcorp. very slow delivery. then finally on the day of delivery, they contacted me with a 60 minute warning, then arrived 6 hours later. they did not communicate at all during that day. they then arrived and were very unprofessional and unapologetic. to top it off, about a quarter of my stuff was missing. the driver couldn't care less. eventually it was found in the depot a few days later.

Emailed for a quote to have a single bed frame transported from Perth to Gold Coast…No Mattress. JUST a single bed - dismounted into 3 pieces: the bed head, base and foot.After waiting 6 days with no reply, I sent a follow up email, the price they then quoted me was $3380. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time.Should have read google reviews before emailing.

AVOID! They delayed the move 2 days which caused several issues. Then the drop off we weren't given the day till the day of and we were given little notice on what time and were told the wrong time the drop off would take place. We had several damaged items they refused to compensate including the TV. They even went as far as saying that the TV was broken before they picked it up. Zero compensation. Don't bother, go with someone else.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I’ve lost already 4 times more than I paid for basic delivery from Melbourne to Brisbane as I had to have a flight regarding my work. My staff suppose to arrive on Monday. And today is Thursday and it still not arrived. I’ve lost my whole working week waiting my staff to be arrived.I’ve asked them to provide managers email to lodge a complaint letter to get a compensation but they didn’t bother at all saying we have for all of us one email!

Very disappointed in Transcorp who we used for our move Melb to Gold Coast. Day of pick up they were hours late arriving than expected. Had to constantly call to chase them up. Then got told our items would be delivered to our property 3 days late due to them not having vaccinated drivers. My partner and I had to find alternate accommodation and I’m still waiting to be compensated for this. Nobody is returning my calls. Constantly chasing them up then being told they’ll call me back in the hopes I’ll forget about it.

Very poor service! Booked interstate move recently and due to delivery conditions at new location, delivery was required to be guaranteed. Was advised by Transcorp that in order to guarantee a delivery time I had to pay an extra $900 on top of the original quote, which was done. On the delivery date, nobody showed up, called, email, texted or nothing. The local drivers just did not show up. I contacted Transcorp and was advised that the interstate driver was late arriving to the local depot and the local drivers couldn't deliver that day, but nobody notified me just sitting alone at my new place waiting. So much for the extra $900 charge right! Then I was advised that due to me having to fork out more money to stay in hotel for the extra night, that Transcorp would be reimbursing my hotel stay and to forward my tax invoice to their sales team which I did. Once my belongings were finally delivered, my mattress arrived after no being covered with anything to protect it, with large amounts of grease all over it. I contacted Transcorp again, this time about what could be done to cover the costs of having to now find something to hopefully clean this disaster and I was ignored for 6 weeks. No contact, emails, replies or anything! Once I finally did get in touch, I was advised that they do not refund hotel and their employees shouldn't have guaranteed the delivery nor the hotel refund and that if I can get a decent quote from a local steam cleaner, they''ll reimburse that. Whoopie! The mattress is disgusting. Sleep on a couch for 6 weeks due to how filthy it is....and the level of poor customer service in the handling of these complaints, it just in poor taste! Very unhappy with this service and will not be recommending them or using them again. When your staff GUARANTEES things to your customers, you honour that!

The initial booking experience was great, the sales team were very helpful. However, the actual delivery process was not great at all. The delivery guys did not show on Thursday, the scheduled delivery day - no worries, it was a tight timeframe so I wasn’t surprised. The next day, Friday, I did not hear a thing from the driver and when I called for an update in the early afternoon I was told they would not be arriving until the next day. I get woken up to a call just before 6:30am on the Saturday morning, with the delivery guys telling me they were FIVE MINUTES away from the address.I’m willing to be flexible as I understand that there are other jobs to be done along the route, but 6:30am on a Saturday morning after not showing two days in a row is a bit ridiculous. On top of that, some of the furniture was damaged - two sizeable dents on the fridge and gouges taken out of a wooden chest of drawers.Overall, not impressed. Very disappointed as the reviews seemed solid.

We have used Transcorp to move at least 3, possibly 4 times. Whilst other competitors have emerged in the last 5 years I figured we would stick to Transcorp because they had previously provided good service at a reasonable cost. Perhaps the more awards a company gets, the less they care about their customers. This time, I was disgusted with the lack of respect and care with which we were treated in terms of pick up and delivery dates. We moved from Canberra back to the Gold Coast. I requested that our goods be picked up on 28/8 and delivered 1/9. They advised pick up on that date would be possible but that they would deliver on monday3/9, but I told them that the goods needed to arrive before Monday. Ok they said, but added that it wouldn't be possible to completely guarantee an exact day. Rather, I could nominate a preferred day, with a secondary date for both uplift and delivery being allowed for. Fair enough, that sounded reasonable, so I accepted that the stuff would be picked up and delivered on either one of 2 possible dates. We opted for uplift Mon 27 or Tue 28 of August, and delivery Fri 31/8 or Sat 1/9. That was our agreement based upon which I paid for the move. They ended up picking up a day earlier than preferred (27/8, not a problem as they had suggested either 27 or 28), but late on Saturday afternoon 1/9, at the end of the second day of waiting for our stuff to arrive, I got a call from the driver who was just making a courtesy call to let me know he would be there on Tuesday afternoon 4/9!! Our goods wouldn't even be leaving Canberra until Monday 3/9. I WILL NEVER USE TRANSCORP AGAIN and I recommend others don't either as they have demonstrated clearly that they cannot be trusted. After 2 days of driving, we arrived in our new place on Friday 31/8 expecting our stuff to arrive within a day, and 2 days later are still waiting, and will be waiting for another 2 days without beds, fridge, washing machine, towels, clothes etc.... TRANSCORP... don't bother!

Do yourself a favour and pick different company!!!!Or if you wish to move only half of your stuff, they will do just fine. Seriously, I thought such an awful people are not working in customer service anymore in Australia, but they do and will hang on you when they don’t know what to say and they will never admit that they made a mistake.
