Komplete care rostering never get my shifts right. I literally called them one day for a shift the next day just so I could make it to work in the morning, and they made the shift for the week after instead of the day I needed it and due to their incompetence, I was late to work!!I even had a few of their workers make false complaints about my parenting toward my daughter which resulted in my daughter being removed from my care also due to their incompetence. Seriously, stay away from them at all costs and they literally charge wayyyy too much for such a short service too. They also just stopped one hour services. I am changing to a different company. Hopefully they’re not as incompetent. Also, why do I make a formal complaint about this too? I have had enough of the incompetence from Komplete care!! I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had too because i have had enough of Komplete care and their incompetence.

I would highly recommend! Cody and the Team were informative and supporting from the beginning. They have excellent communication and didn't have a moment of doubt.Thanks, again!

After making phone contact with Cody earlier this year, he provided me with some information that helped me research various myage care providers.Once I receive confirmation for both my husband and myself for Myage funding I decided to invite Cody to present Komplete Care’s portfolio and I accepted because f2f contact with us was presented in a fully understandable way.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jordan and Cody today, presenting KompleteCare's My Aged Care supports for my Dad. Lovely young men who had answers to all our questions and gave us a lot of idea's on how dad can retain independence moving forward.They were fun, humorous, and knew their information and also their limits.They have provided us with a light during an extremely difficult period and hoping that the rest of KompleteCare lives up to the example they have set today.

The person who came to us (Jordan) to explain what KompleteCare could offer us as a service provider for our Home Care Packages was excellent. He took the time we needed to explain all the services, fees and procedures for signing up with this provider. Jordan is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and clear in his explanations. He answered all our questions professionally and honestly, and the paperwork is clear too - no hidden charges.We felt an instant rapport with him, and we both had some cultural and lifestyle similarities with Jordan. It was an easy process to sign up, and within 5 days, we have already been assigned a dedicated Case Manager, the same person for both of us. Had a very weird experience from one of Komplete Care employees At TTP on Saturday thought it was appropriate to stand in a disabled park to reserve it for someone and when told it was not legal went off like a banshee unprofessional and concerning at least …will be reported to the vulnerable persons unit as well as aged care unit I would suggest Komplete care vet their employees somewhat better have a six minute 4K video with sound on two cameras that captured the entire incident so I would be careful not tell any lies. When this bogan Carer ( photo also posted) was advised she was on Camera with sound all she could do was then question my disability and how valid my disability parking exemption was when she didn’t have one herself…. No wonder the states care system is in such turmoil she should be ashamed of herself as I said six minute video with sound in 4K on two cameras you tell your lies I will show my video shame on her….
