First time ever getting a spray tan and the beautician made it such a safe and comfortable space. She talked me through everything and was patient with me, the tan looks great too! Highly recommend.

Debbie - You are a star! I got everything done within 35 mins when I was expecting it to be an hour. She is so efficient with her work. Definitely recommend her to everyone. She made me so happy that I am definitely returning to Leah’s!

Had a really disappointing experience here on Friday 7/1. I booked an appointment for a deep cleansing facial and eyebrow wax and shape, when I got there the lady was on the phone, she got off and said to me that her client just called and he wants waxing- is it okay if she waxes him first and then does me (there was no one else there, she wanted me to wait for him to come). I explained I can’t wait because i’m on my break and she said okay I’ll do it now.When I got into the room I looked at the bed there were marks all over the towel. I uncomfortably laid on the dirty bed with my belongings on top of me as there is no where to put your things. Half the facial was spent laying there with a little steam machine that was barley touching my face, the main reason I got the facial was for the ‘extraction’… she squeezed my face twice and told me “you should do it yourself straight out of the shower, it’s a lot easier”- I know I can… I’m paying you to do it??She was the only person working so she left the door open during the treatment so that she could answer the door and phone. This was the worst part. She left and answered the phones and came back and rubbed things on my face with THE SAME GLOVES!!! What’s the point of the gloves? so gross. Also why would ‘Leah’s Wax Works’ roster 1 person to a shift, how do you logically expect your staff to give a treatment, and be the receptionist at the same time?I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

i've been coming here on and off for a few years, it's cheap and fast. sometimes it's good. sometimes it's terrible. yesterday unfortunately will be my last visit as I've ended up hurt from the wax which has never happened before. you can see there's two strips of skin that's been ripped red raw. really painful unfortunately won't come back again

got eyelash and eyebrow lamination done by Marcella today. What an amazing lady made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session, the results are amazing also. Highly recommend!
