I recently bought 2 Nardi Clip X tables from Apex. One was unfortunately damaged in transit and broke during construction. I contacted the Apex support team and Anthony was prompt to reply and very helpful. He was super understanding of the situation and promptly resolved the problem. Amazing service. Found the product I wanted for half the price advertised by other vendors. Placed my order Wednesday afternoon and received it - interstate dispatch - less than 12 hours later, fully assembled. Product is excellent quality and exactly as advertised. The local Customer Service team are accessible via email and phone, super responsive, generous with their time, and get stuff sorted (shout out to May). Easiest online transaction I’ve ever navigated. Definitely recommend.
