Dr Michael and his receptionist Alesha are amazing however that’s completely overshadowed by the other rude, uncaring, horrible, self centred, arrogant receptionist. After our entire family has been seeing Dr Michael for years we now won’t be back due to her and have found another chiropractor who we don’t have to go three rounds with a Rottweiler to be able to book in. Friends that we recommended the practice to are also feeling the same. Such a shame when Dr Michael is so lovely as is Alesha. Please let everyone know when the miserable, cantankerous, sharp tongued beast has moved on and we will be back!

My 21 year old son Thomas has suffered from back spasms since he was 14. We started seeing Jacob as soon as he started at Experience Healing and Thomas has had amazing results. Jacob has a kind gentle nature that puts Thomas at ease and helping him to relax for his adjustment. I am excited to say Thomas no longer has back spasm. Thomas is so much more active now that he is no longer in pain. Thank you Jacob :)

The doctors I have visited here for some years now, about my ever present back pain. They do understand my ailments very well with effective treatment.

Hurt my back Saturday afternoon. Was able to get in Monday to chiropractor and had acupuncture and Chiro and straight after a half hour massage with Mattie. Mattie used massage and cupping as well. Felt so much better after that session. Both team members working well together. I am a regular for Chiro and massage. All team members are great. They really know what they are doing. I have arthritis in my neck. I don't take any medication for that condition since Michael and the team have been looking after me. I have had laser ad well..Recommend it.

I was recommended this service by a friend after suffering a back injury. Dr Jacob was very thorough, and developed a treatment plan that saw my return to work seamless. Dr Jacob is a communsate professional and the office staff are amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

Visited this place few weeks ago , I have to say I didn’t had the best experience at this place. Very professional, polite receptionist and i think that is the only nice thing to say about this practice. As soon as you enter the place , You could see filthy couch/chair seating area, as well the adjustment table on treating room. I was very disappointed with this, given current situation you would expect more cleanliness than this but not in this practice . I Believe I was treated with Dr. Jacob , and I didn’t really like the way being explained things . He said i have back injury and need to be treated in multiple session, How can someone diagnosed Back injury just looking at the person and doing few checks , being a health professional myself , you dont diagnose someone without doing medical imagine. I have been to chairopractice multiple times and I do understand how they work on your body and that has helped me with my back pain previously. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this place due to poor hygiene standard as well as lack of knowledge in treating team . I Went with the previous reviews and thats how I end up visiting this place , not sure how legit are previous reviews. And I didn’t get to see Dr Michel - who everyone were talking about in reviews.

I was due to have a cortisone injection in my shoulder after 18months of reduced movement and was at the clinic for a different issue when they suggested laser treatment, I had it that day and got my full range of movement back, I was sceptical at first but this treatment has given me a new lease of life

I have been going to Experience Healing for many years now and i can always rely on Dr Michael and the team to help get my body back functioning the way it is designed too. Experience Healing chiropractor has a friendly atmosphere. All staff are accommodating to your needs, I walk out feeling better than when I’ve walked in after each adjustments, Michael and Jacob whom I see most, Matt is very good also, will recommend the best exercises or stretches if needed to strengthen your body, I highly recommend this clinic as they have different techniques and expertise to resolve your issues.
