Steel-Line Garage Doors - Geelong

Had someone come 4 months ago to service the door as it wasn’t opening, told me to call back if there’s any issues. Door stopped working again and they told me warranty is only 3 months so I’ll have to pay for them to come out again. House is only 3 years old. Tried to contact them by email to sort it out and never got a reply

Amazing door, amazing price and great service from Vell and the team at Steel-Line Doors. The installers were also just wonderfull. This was a garage door for my pensioner mother, who can now easily access her garage with this easy to use motorised door. It also looks great! Thank you Steel-Line and Vell.

Service was really disappointing. Was told my shed door would take 4-5 weeks, it took 12 (which meant I had to have everything in storage for that time). Staff were horrible in their communication, and were caught out making up different excuses. At one point they lost the door and didn't know the location. On 3 different occasions they failed to show up for the install (which was frustrating as someone had to be at home for each of those days and they didn't inform us until the afternoon). At one point I asked for my money back as it was getting ridiculous and my experience was so poor, but they declined. Luckily the door was installed a week and a half later. If I had my time again I would use a different company as I found steel-line garage doors super un-reliable and difficult to deal with.

Steel-Line Geelong. My neighbour and I paid deposits on our garage doors 17 weeks ago to be installed at end of January. We still have no doors and we have had zero communication initiated by the company. Now they have not responded to emails for the last two weeks and have not answered their phone. They are no cheaper than other companies selling the same doors so I recommend going elsewhere. Just disappointed that a local company has been such a let down.

Jackson did a great job fitting a garage motor in a very tight spot. He clearly cared not only about ensuring that the motor would fit, but that it would work well to avoid future issues. Thanks!

Do not recommend take your business elsewhere most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with they also like to take all money upfront before installation.It's no surprise you can't find my details as you stuffed up the entire installation. I won't be contacting you as this had no difference in your professionalism as a company.

Absolutely terrible service from these guys, purchased a new door for our holiday home and the communication from the get go was poor and it only has gotten worse.We now have an issue with the door and it cant be used, the after service is woeful, wont return phone calls, just get told we will look into it.Need to lift you game guys

I have recently purchased a new roller door from your facility in Edol Street, North Geelong. Due to a minor hiccup over measuring the door I needed to attend your branch on 4 occasions. On each occasion I was greeted by a young woman whose name I believe is Shelle. This staff member made me feel welcome and that my small queries were important to your company. On each occaision she dealt with my queries in a very professional, competent and timely manner. Staff with her abilities are hard to find and other businesses could well take a leaf out of her book.
