Came here because my washing machine was broken.My coins got stuck in the machine and had to pay again by card, I called the phone number provided and they refunded me straight away.The laundry is clean, they even provide a separate machine for pet blankets, price for the machines are cheap. Wash and dryer cycle is very quick too.Would highly recommend.

This is a very clean well presented laundromat, awesome location best place to do large loads especially those big massive blankets, it washes and dry so well. So many machines and dryers to choose from very affordable.There's also free wifi and toilet on site.Been here few times and I love this place the owner that runs this place is very helpful and friendly and always responds to my messages quick and answers my questions. I've tried so many self serve laundromats, but they aren't half as great as lotus. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had to come here with some washing because we’re renovating our laundry. It was my first time here but the owner was very nice and helpful! Huge facility with many machines so you don’t need to wait. Wash cycles are great at only 25 minutes long. They have dryers and also a dedicated animal blanket dryer as well.
