Really unimpressed with the pedicure myself and my sister had on the weekend, just going to say I massage my pets better then the staff massage if you are willing to charge what you do you need to train the staff to do better.

Never again. $40 for uneven cut nails. Soap was still left on my legs when i left. Chipped nails. Rushed job. My friend next to me said the same with her nails. What a pathetic job

Absolutely terrible. Charged me $65 for Acrylic Nails which had too much thick acrylic put on, came off after 2wks, glad as looked disgusting!. First time there, last time. !!

Was told $40 got charged $43. Mentioned this and she said because I didn’t pay cash.I was never told it would be less paying cash. What is a $3 fee for anyway.?Won’t be back.

Had my nails done last week.Got my Xmas designs early.The staff are very friendly and willing to provide you with the best service

Went in Saturday for a pedicure and nail refill. I wanted French tip on toes and nails.Did not get what I asked for. My French tip nails were thicker then I asked for. They just had to copy the nails I had when I went in however that did not happen. French tip was thick and not neat and tidy like I repeatedly asked for.It’s now 3 days since my appointment and my tip has snapped on one nail. 3 days after a refill.Worse possible nail technicians. Julia the owner took care of me and she was awful.

Pros: was seated immediately.Cons: half way through the technician doing my nails got up and asked me to wait for my acrylic to dry while she went and did a full pedicure. I say there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally another technician cam by to finish the job.My cuticles were absolutely massacred by the drill and are sore today.The acrylic has been applied unevenly and too thick that my nail beds are hurting.The acrylic wasn’t wiped from under my nails and has dried in place which is very irritating. I didn’t notice either problem as I left the salon as I was admiring my colour choice.I’ve had my nails done for years and this has been the worst service I’ve received and I will not be back.I think we all know that a refund will not happen as they argue with you that it’s your fault for not checking. I will not return to get it fixed at this salon as they will charge me to do so I’ve already paid $65 they do not deserve anymore if my money.Extremely disappointing.Looking around I didn’t see any tools being disinfected or sterilised between clients all the same tools were just moved from one client to the next including drill bits brushes etc

As soon as I walked in I was looked after even though it was a busy. I appreciate that. I paid $45 to get my acrylics removed and gel put on. Didn't take too long considering how busy it was. I am happy with the end result.

Have been coming here for a year now and my nails are always on point! I get exactly what I want each time and if I don’t know what I want the girls are always happy to help with ideas! I refuse to go anywhere else! 100% recommend!
