We chose Suntek from a handful of solar companies that quoted us. The individualised approach and specific tailoring to our situation was the reason. The level of expertise displayed by Dhyani was obviously levels above, but added to that was her kind and understanding approach. Trying to navigate the considerable confusion that comes with solar, we did extensive online research prior, which resulted in three home visits from three solar companies, and over-the-phone discussions and quotations from two more. Suntek Energy stood out by a long shot. While the other companies provided general information, commonly showing us their individual solar credits (which showed no relevance to our personal situation), Dhara from Suntek Energy worked out the maths specific to our household. This honest and real-life application was why we were so impressed. This gave us greater confidence with choosing our system and making the investment in solar. Due to our incredibly high electricity bill, we choose a 15KW system. The price was outstanding, particularly when we received the recommended high quality brands for panels and inverter. The install went smoothly and they fitted the maximum possible panels on our roof with 52 in total to take maximum advantage of our system. Dhara’s customer service was excellent, from the beginning through to post-installation. She even helped us choose the right electrical company to ensure we are getting the best result from our system. This is the type of detail that went above and beyond, offering a level of excellence that you wish more companies would adopt. Generally happy with the product we received. Dyani was very professional and helpful.The installers cut the top off the sewer vent pipe and threw it off the roof into the garden bed below and installed the solar panels over the top of it. There was no discussion with us on this issue. As they left it the plumbing did not comply with the plumbing regulations.After we complained they returned and rectified the problem. However the installers should have adopted a more professional approach and been aware of the relevant regulations.

Dhyani from Suntek was excellent and efficient knowledgeable on what was the right system, the best finance option and the best energy retail deal. From first appointment to financing and installation being completed was 2 weeks in total.Some of the most efficient work and absolutely the best customer service I have experienced.

She was there for us like a best friend, answering all our questions, managing sale and installation step by step. We appointed Suntek Energy to do our solar system, they have checked our energy bill and according to our energy bill Suntek Energy's solar expert consultant have suggested us to install 13.2 kw system. I went through a number of companies before settling for Suntek. Dhyani was very knowledgeable about everything and very honest unlike some of the deceptive salesmen I had to previously deal with. She not only worked out the best configuration for the house, but gave a MUCH better deal to boot. Even better, my installation happened quickly, before my energy retailer was even ready (previous quotes said expect 2 months, Suntek got it done in 2 weeks). The after-sales support is fantastic, checking in to make sure that we're happy with the installation and service. I got what I asked for, and more!
