I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Staff are rude and condescending. Long story short, it took 5 attempts from their jewellery repairs person to replace 3 missing stones from my wedding rings. 3 times when i went to collect the rings the edges where they were repaired was very rough, finally when the edges had been smoothed i took my rings home. My husband noticed that a stone was missing. When i took the ring back the next day the same staff member was very rude, seemed to be accusing me of ????, and repeatendly said that their repair man was a jeweller and would not make that kind of mistake (funny as a jeweller would not set stones in jewellery and leave the edges very rough). In a condescending tone she advised me that they would repair the ring but would not do it again as they have been making constant repairs already. By this stage I was really angry and reminded her that the other 4 times the rings had not even left the shop. Today when i went and collected my ring i was served by another staff member, she was serving another customer but called over to me how many times have i been in, when i held up 5 fingers she said in a very rude tone that they would not repair my rings again, no more. I am unsure if they have even replaced my stones with real stones or fake. If this is the service which every customer receives I am surprised they are still open. I have owned businesses but I always ensured customer service was paramount. The only reason that i have given 1 star is because it would not let me post without it.

So my wife bought me a fathers day gift. It breaks within four mounths. I go back for repairs. Still within warrenty. The greek older lady claims we are not allowed. I show her the policy writen on her own docket. Two months later im still waiting for my item to return from repairs.Multiple phone calls.Head office etc.These people simply dont care about their customers once they made a sale.Avoid them at all costs.

The old blonde lady in this store needs to go. No wonder you're closing down with staff like that. I bought jewelry in the Tuggerah store however they didn't have a box. Came into Eastgardens store with a receipt asking for a box and was ushered out saying that she didn't care if I had a receipt they should have given me at the other store.Retire already and go live your grumpy life elsewhere

The older lady with blond hair mentioned in other reviews (apparently the assistant manager @Zamel’s Eastgardens) was beyond rude and condescending and not interested in rectifying an issue she herself created. After much huffing and puffing from her, saying how busy she was (only 1 other customer in the shop who had stepped away to use his phone) I politely told her there was no need for her attitude towards a customer and trying to make me feel so bad that I would, hopefully, just walk away without a resolution was not the right way to treat people.She eventually sorted it by walking away and telling someone else to deal with me. She then proceeded to show me the purchase the other customer was making and told me to ‘come back when you’re buying diamonds like this’. She’s just awful! Shop elsewhere, they don’t deserve your custom.

I went today to a store at Westfield, I already bought there a lot of times with a really nice Brazilian seller, today she wasn’t there and I was attended by the store responsible. I was very keen to bring a nice gift to my wife, but I still didn't know what, since I had already bought some gifts for her recently at this store. during the service, the salesperson pressed me for not knowing exactly what I was looking for. the service lasted less than 5 minutes and I ended up being a joke among the salespeople. TOTALLY without respect !! In the end I went to buy the gift at the competing store and left much happier.

Avoid this jewellery store at any cost. We were not explained properly the refund policy. We end up paying for 2 rings instead of one … the two ladies there Jo and another old lady they both hungry money … make sure they explain to you about your choices before you buy because you can’t return even if they tell you to try it….. very bad experiences… they should retire.. they have no heart and ripped off people…

Was sold a pair of gold earrings. When purchasing the sales associate noted the back of the earring was loose, but 'fixed' it for me by squeezing together. 9 days later I was wearing the earring and the loose earring fell out of my ear. I went to back to the store and explained the situation and presented the receipt. I was then told that she remembered selling my the earrings and pressing the back together to 'fix' the loose back, but now that I lost it there is nothing that could be done.I am extremely dissatisfied by the approach and the condescending tone, along with the dismissive attitude I received when they did acknlowedge their fault.Would give 0 stars.

I never have this kind of experience before, I bought a necklace, but yellow old lady was gave me a single necklace without box, she cutted the price label as well. I already told to her it was a gift. Then I told to her I couldn’t buy it without box then she extremely refused me. She was super super rude, I never imagine that jewellery without box from their original store, please avoid this store. I don’t know how the store survive until today!!!! The owner must be super attention your business!!!!

Came into the store thinking I would purchase a ring for myself, I was served by a young lady however the pushy blonde old lady was forcing me to purchase 2 rings against my will. I explained my situation to her and she would refuse to listen to me and kept pushing, finally I put my foot down and she was not happy about it and started huffing and puffing. I was extremely appalled by her behaviour towards me, she started comparing her other customers purchase with mine and was telling me that I should buy what he was buying for his wife and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and looked down at. I was made to feel horrible in front of everyone there. The worst I’ve ever felt, humiliated and horrified. Nobody should be treated this way!

If I could give this place half a star. I absolutely would. The old blonde lady is literally the worst sales person ever ! I’ve dealt with her many times and she’s literally always grumpy and has zero people skills. Went into the store today and was purchasing a bracelet which had a price tag on it for $119 and we were advised by another sales assistant that we would be getting a further 10% off. So the price should have been $107.10. However the computer was saying it’ll be $116. When we told them that’s not 10% off the old blonde lady started making comments saying that that is the price and they cannot change anything. We told them it’s false advertising to which she kept saying no one’s trying to take anything from us. She then pulled out the catalog and said the price was $129 and we’re getting the bracelet for the right price. She tried to make it seem like someone had made a mistake by putting the wrong price tag on. Which maybe they did. We wouldn’t have minded paying the price they told us if she hadn’t been so aggressive & rude. Her behaviour was so gross we literally walked out. Won’t ever be coming back into this store again unless she’s retired. Please send this lady to some customer service course, she definitely needs it.
