Fantastic Furniture
Very friendly staff - even helping to carry things to car. Decent range at low prices, although obviously you get what you pay for! They had lots of different soft furnishings if you just want to refresh your house a bit. Easy parking.

Fantastic Furniture
Went online and did a click and collect purchase. It was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had with a furniture store.The only improvement could have been where to actually collect the item from. I actually had to call the store to find out if I had to collect from inside the store or back dock.No big issue, but handy to know before arrival when you have kids and don't want to drag them in and out of the car.Collection was easy and quick!

Very bad experience with them, definitely not recommend. I have ordered a bunk bed for my kids and have been told it will arrive within 3 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks I am waiting for it, and when ever I ring them they tells lies and making stories about arriving time, making falls statementsI prefer IKEA over themI have not received what I have ordered, I have verbally ordered grey colour bunk for my kids. I didn’t see the receipt that time but they lady ordered she assures it will be grey colour or. When I spoke to manager he hanged up these phone and was soo rude, definitely not a great experience

Fantastic Furniture
BAD experience. Staff were not interested in serving us, and we were definitely buying. After about 15minutes we finally attracted some attention and were greeted with, do youse want some help. Will not be going there again and will be telling our friends!

Easy to deal with! I was served by a older blonde lady unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She was super nice! I ordered a bed, shelf and computer chair. Highly recommend for the service. Unfortunately the bed is so loud! Havanna branded queen bed.... don’t buy it.
