Customer service isn’t the best!!I literally got abuse by the guy behind the desk only because I asked about car paint cans.I do often shop here for oils and other car parts for my two vehicles, however since I got abuse by the customer service guy now I just go somewhere else were people are nicer !!Olive brown skin looking guy was the one, I strongly advise him to take a customer service course !!No need to be rude to people who brings money to the shop !!

Great store with well trained staff that seem eager to help and great selection of all their product but beware if you have a large van as parking is a nightmare however if you a small to medium car or 4wd no problem at all there is onsite parking.

Came to get new windscreen wipers and based on your rego you can get the right model. They can back order windscreen wipers for certain Audi’s too. Open until 1pm on Saturday and 5pm weekdays

Fantastic store with friendly and efficient service

Called 15mins before closing due to a lost radiator cap. Not only did they check the stock over the phone. Had the cap at the counter when I arrived. Even made a comment that they were willing to hold back an extra couple of minutes just in case I got held up.Made what was an overly stressful start to a night shift so much easier with Genuine Customer Service. Thank you.

If you are a trade store. Spell it out on your internet listing.Would have saved me a 10km drive.

I don’t usually like going into car part stores because I have no idea what I’m talking about or looking for. My husband asked me to drop by to pick up a timing belt. Jason was very helpful even though I couldn’t remember the name of the thing I was there to get. He was very patient with me and didn’t get annoyed. I was very thankful for his kindness because I was feeling quite out of place.

Worst rude customer service from the tanned young fellow at the front! Raised his voice telling he he didn't have a certain product when I asked him after he reluctantly came over to the aisle after I had to ask twice. I politely asked him why he had to be so rude to which he replied I dont need to repeat myself twice."Being a patient person I told him that I has hard of hearing to which he replied " my dad's older than you mate and he can hear fine ."Then as I was paying for my items I asked if the manager was around to which he replied " hes right there mate" ( pointing to an Asian Australian man busy with something at the shelves behind the counter area.Then the rude fellow when over to the " manager" and whispered something to him with a smile on his face ."The " manager " came over and introduced himself as Kevin. He then was actually very helpful ( but still stern) and showed me a third product which I purchased.I then complimented him on his service and stated " thanks for your service I can see now why your the manager." To which he acknowledged my compliment.He then said he would have a word to the young man later about his behaviour.A while later I took the products to deliver to a mechanics shop in the area and told them my experience. They told me that the young guy was Jason and that the manager was a alesha .Not sure what'going on but never going back !"
