Pinelands Dry Cleaners

I had a stain on my item, took it in twice but they said they couldn’t remove it. Brought it home, placed on hand wash and the stain was gone! I would doubt they even tried to remove the stain, surely if hand washing can remove stains then dry cleaning can can’t it? 1 star pinelands dry cleaners acacia ridge. My recommendation is to try another business, maybe then you may get a result.

I get all my dry cleaning stuff done here since many years.. I can't find a better Laundry in the whole of Brisbane to be honest . Reasonable charges and prompt service plus friendly staff. What more ??

Great place to get your dry cleaning done! I had a stained satin material $200 jacket that stained itself from embroidery when I hand washed it with detergent. I found this place from Google because places in garden city turned me away and said they couldn't fix this. Pineland Dry Cleaners did really well in getting rid of almost all of the stains it isn't as noticeable anymore. I'm happy with the results.

Terrible service.. never answer phone or return calls if you leave a message. place is dirty and full of people's blankets clothes etc all over floor. Staff very inexperienced , don't issue receipts for goods or payments. I got done for$40 because no paperwork given or receipt for cash . They claimed I was lying about some alterations I had requested yet when visiting the dressmaker she remembered altering my curtains.Do yourself a favour bypass this dry cleaner..Only good person there was Julie who tried everything to help me, but owner still wouldn't refund my money for the work not done but paid for.

Have had two items (jumper & jeans) repaired here, great service both times.

Sent my work suit in via my local newsagent. Came back with very large patches of lighter discolouration on the trousers. The colour had been partly bleached out. Immediately returned them. Came back a week later exactly the same of course. I rang the dry cleaner, got the usual brush off that it was like that when I sent it. Legal action required. The suit is ruined. Looks like they used too much chemical or the wrong chemical.

Very poor service. Most recently, I got shirts ironed and some were unwearable as creases had been folded into them (where the shouldn't have been). I tried to discuss my complaint with the company directly but can't get any response.Previously, I left trousers in for dry cleaning and similarly, they came back with creases ironed in where they shouldn't have been. I work on the Nathan campus of Griffith University and was told the company wasn't interested in collecting from here (although they still do)!I know I shouldn't have used them again but there aren't many options on campus. Is anyone else interested in offering a competent, honest dry cleaning/ironing service?? There are thousands of staff on campus, as well as the students.

After 2k of my clothes disappeared I investigated this bogus company. Evershine & Pinelands drycleaning has many names.PJ FamilyTrust, InstituteOfDrycleaning (accc2003 -accused industy marfia, and illegal declaration as authority for drycleaning chemicals) IndianTextiles Victoria. Peter TheMeat TrayMan.They loose clothing, the disappearances are linked to the companies front man, Krishna Murphi. Who drives the delivery van. All the way to his clothing retail company in Melbourne, I presume. So here's what I found out.All complaints are met with a we the Australian drycleaning institute says...."- you need to show proof you purchased and own the missing or damaged clothes.- they are not responsible for damages or missing clothes- they do not need to disclose business information or insurance policies.Ok so here's they thing. This so called institute has no legal bearing

Took in 2 very good Dresses to be Dry Cleaned. Both were lined and one had Tulle underlay skirt. They also did a small repair on the Tulle Dress. A fantastic Job they did and got rid of Make-up on one of the Dresses.

The only dry cleaner available within the Calamvale, Algester, Parkinson, Stretton, Acacia Ridge & Sunnybank Hills vicinity. Extremely busy shop & they probably have more workload than they can handle. The amount of clothes they get seems bigger than the shop space itself.They couldn't finish cleaning my clothes on their expected ETA but I managed to pick up a few that were done.When I returned a few weeks later to pick up the rest, although they were done dry cleaning it; they still didn't have all my clothes together. Had to tell them the last one was missing, describe the missing piece & wait quite a bit for them to find it.Overall, they still did a good job dry cleaning but need to work on their deadlines & organising each customer's clothes together in a set. The problem might be that the general workload is over their capacity & space.
