The staff have strong professional knowledge and will recommend the item you need to buy correctly, but please Check your invoice after shipping in this store, they may double scan your item , may cause you return to the store for refund . also need count the total item that you purchased! they may forget to give you all the item that you bought. I don’t want anyone to know the specific date of my purchase in case it interferes with the work schedule of any staff.

Look at my photos, they are tent and gazebo I bought from Tent World. Very nice and working well. But: staffs look so busy, I was standing waiting for some help, tried to ask some staffs but they are too busy with something and didn't look at me when I tried to wave my hands, tried to walk to them, but they look so busy and walk faster than me. Ended with one staff helping me after 10 mins.Summary: products are superb, highly recommend. But I don't like staffs there, of course I know there are still some nice staffs, but may be I was just so unlucky.

The Staff were unbelievably rude to us. We walked in with a pretty good idea of what we were planning to buy, and left without purchasing anything to avoid being insulted by the lady at the counter again. Instead we took our business down the road to anaconda. The quality is not as good, but at least the staff treat you like a person.

I bought an Outdoor Connection Aria Elite 2, went to camping with family and was excited to use the tent for the first time.The setup was easy and started to like my new tent, but on second day the zip stopper was damaged and ended up spending 3 cold nights.Came back home and reached out to Tentworld for a replacement or a refund and not for repairs because the product was damaged on first use. Instead of replacement or refund they want to offer a repair and when I refused a repair and requested a refund or replacement they denied the request and said only repairs are possible and started talking about consumer laws.I would not have mind the repairs, but the bloody product was faulty during first use and I am not at all confident with the product or their service.

Walked into tent world not knowing exactly what we were needing we were approached quickly by Nancy, well what a score her service and knowledge was amazing she turned herself inside out and almost upside down with how to dismantle the black hole pop up tent what a job it was made look so easy then she taught my hubby wubby the technique to put that black hole back into the bag ..awesome service Nancy and all done with a huge smile and laugh we then left the store not buying anything as we wanted to see what else was around. Whilst walking around we decided that everything that we wanted was at Tent world with Nancy so back we went and almost bought the shop out.Big thank you Nancy u made our day and drained our credit card but we have everything we wanted and so much fun.We will be back.

Not a good experience today at the Tweed Heads south store, the spare wheel bag I brought a few hours earlier turned out to be very difficult to use with the zippers not opening as they should so I returned it for a refund which she reluctantly did but it came with such an attitude of “doing me a favour this time only “ and “ we don’t normally do refunds for a change of mind” that it was a return to the dark ages in these times of the larger retail stores no questions asked refund policy, I was taken back by her argumentative nature and lack of any concern for my total waste of time and inconvenience buying their product that was clearly not designed very well, needless to say won’t be going back in the future and you should think carefully about buying from this store.

Amazing range of products in store. Excellent customer service. Samuel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the girl behind the counter (didn’t get her name) was awesome!! Don’t have this good an experience too often in stores anymore, but felt like the staff here were friendly, knew what they were talking about and just fantastic. I’ll be back!

Just go to BCF or Anaconda - they have better products. They seem a little incompetent and their phone staff are a bit slow. They offered to price match something for me but it took them a while to do it because they initially didn't tell me the correct procedure. While they were getting this sorted, another item they sold increased in price - they refused to offer me the price of the item at the time I was ready to buy. Long story short, they stuffed me around a huge amount. STAY AWAY!!!

A good range of tents (including several on display). Also a good range of camping products though unfortunately not a lot on display (for example, you can't compare air mattress vs air + foam mattress). But the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
