The rudest staff! Yesterday I feel over in there isle from a bag of sugar spilt all over the floor, I went straight the the help desk to let them know before someone else hurt themselves. They seemed more annoyed that I interrupted there conversation and acted as if I had put them out. No sorry or even are you ok. Just a dirty look and acted more annoyed at me then anything. I only let them know so an older person, or person holding a child didn't slip. I'm not someone that ever slips, this floor was fkn slippery & have bruises all over my knees. Just really annoyed at these two rude Middle Aged blonde workers. So sorry to have interrupted your convo ladies !

Im not one to write I review but after my bad experience and customer service from Lilibeth I feel the need to raise my concerns.I finished after a longed day of work, as a realestate agent. My experience with Lilibeth and her customer service was horrible! She was very rude and if I see her at the register I will avoid it, and go to another one. My suggestion is to retrain Lilibeth and teach her the importance of customer service.

I use to rate it highly but now it's just average.Range is lacking variety.Fresh vegetables are average as is fruit.Some great staff there and some very average staff there.Rotation of product is appalling at times store is messy and the fact that half of the registers are often closed.But I will sayIve been to worse supermarkets. The manager is lacks people skills imo.

Did a click and collect order that I placed this morning.Got sent the text to come and collect. I have been standing for 30 minutes in a lunch break waiting for my order to finally come through.In the midst of typing this I have now recieved my order however it does not negate the fact that the wait time was ridiculous and I also received my groceries looking like they’ve been kicked around.I’m not happy about the quality of customer service nor am I happy with the state of my products that I have paid for.

Staff at self serve too rude. Tried to scan an object that wouldn’t scan but insisted it was my son touching the weight scanner when in fact it was the product unrecognised by the check out, self serve lady brushed it off to another lady and she mumbled and walked off when I got another of the same product she yelled at me saying it won’t scan that flavour so we’ll grab a different flavour and scan that product.1st lady hates children.2nd lady has a lack of customer support.

If you are making a click and collect order from here give yourself 30 mins to collect because that is how long it takes to bring out your order. Also they will select the smallest of everything so buy double of all produce and pay double, as it is priced per unit not weight. Super slow and expensive yup.

I was shopping yesterday and a lovely woman with short red hair and glasses named Sarah was so sweet and assisting. She could not have been more nicer and so helpful. She was an absolute ray of sunshine. Thank you Sarah for your help.

Well stocked most of the time, helpful staff on most visits.Store presents well, with cleanliness and merchandise.Price tags up to date with the current sales and not removed early.
