Just had New tyres fitted

I would highly NOT recommand this mechanic! Besides the promises they make about services they don't provide. They rip you off, take your possesions and when you call them, they raise their voice. Bad people!

I found out this business HAS NEW OWNERS is now called Bumblebee Motors and NOT Kuranda tyre and Mechanical. Here is my reviewMy car overheated on a rainy Saturday afternoon driving up Kuranda Range with my two teenage kids in the car. I called the RACQ who sent Matt. Matt advised that the motor needed to be thoroughly checked so as to determine the cause then filled the empty radiator with water. He advised I should get towed but as the motor seemed to cool down a bit I stubbornly told him I wanted to drive it home. He then offered to follow behind me as I drove. My heart pounded that little bit faster concerned about my decision. Luckily we got it home in one piece where Matt checked it again and the radiator water was bubbling hot after the drive. I realised I couldn't drive it again otherwise I could cause further damage to the motor. Being relatively new to Kuranda I called around some local for there opinions on Bumble Bee Motors and everyone spoke highly of them telling there own individual story of a great experience. I can now include myself on that list of happy customers. They were quick, fixed the problem easily and were reasonably priced. Thank you Norm, Matt and Marti....you are all classy legends!!

Appalling service. Stay away at all cost!!!

Absolutely terrible. Never did their job

Disgusted with the service we received. An interstate relative staying with us was blatantly lied to, misled and mechanic didnt bother to turn up and eventually sent a backyarder friend to do the job who wasnt even employed by this business, a day and a half later. My relatives lost 2 days of their holiday which could have been avoided if this mechanic had shown honesty first up and said he was too busy and then we could have got another mechanic to do the job. But instead he made false promises and they were forced to sit and wait with kids anxious to get going to do stuff on their holidays

Had some car troubles on my travels, so decided to take it here. Met the Mechanic" who seemed knowledgeable and friendly.After over a week

overcharges because they know they have a local monopoly.
