Had the BEST time Staff were fantastic pilot excellent, well enjoyed recommend it to everyone.

Terrible and unreliable service. We wanted to book for Wednesday but they said that there would only be space for separate helicopter rides. Yet, we wanted to fly together as one family of 5 people so they told us to fly on Friday instead, as we would be able to fly together. However when we got there on Friday, this Chinese lady told us that we’ll need to split up to 3 and 2 people in separate helicopters. That definitely wasn’t what the staff told us when we first booked it. Horrible service, they simply told us to just follow whatever they told us to do. We ended up splitting up. When we were about to get on the helicopter, they suddently told us there was a delay. First, they told us it would be a 5 mins delay and changed to a 10mins one. We ended up waiting for about 15mins to get on the helicopter.The delay would not be a problem at all, IF only the helicopter timetable is flexible. There was only one fly to and one fly back schedule in a day. Basically we lost some of the time on the reef, when they are clearly unorganised with their schedule.Ridiculous service and unclear timetable, definitely won’t book it anymore, nor recommending it to our friends.

Departed from the helipad near the Pier on the Esplanade.Highly recommend . Great views. Felt extremely safe despite strong winds until out in open seas. At 500' can see the details of the Reef and seeing the outer edge takes your breath away.Had also done from the pontoon out of Port Douglas. Both Great but longer from Cairns

What an amazing experience we had with GBR helicopters today. Our pilot John was fantastic and we had a truly awesome flight with the most spectacular conditions. We highly recommend this.

Awesome! We walked along the Lagoon the other day and saw the helicopters flying in and out. We got excited and went straight into the office. They booked us on the spot and we only waited about 10 minutes before enjoying our once-in-the-life-time flight. Amazing! Definitely a great adventure!
