I took a few dresses to Lulu Fashions for alterations and was extremely happy with the quality of the work. I've now had 8 garments altered at Lulu's and would definitely recommend them. Their dry cleaning prices are great, and the turnaround is quick. The staff are also very friendly and helpful!

Without doubt the BEST alterations quality in Brisbane. Maybe even Australia. The work is always A+ and so timely. On top of that they are always so lovely to talk to.

I don't usually write an online review, but I was really impressed by extra mile this business goes.I recently had 3 skirts altered. The lady who altered them just wanted the job to be perfect and went the extra mile, getting everything done the proper way rather than cutting any corners.I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a business that genuinely wants to do a good job and cares about what they do.

I've had several garments altered at Lu Lu (from cocktail dresses to work pants) and each time I've been really pleased with the quality of the work. Prices are very reasonable and the staff always happy to help. I highly recommend.

Dry cleaning was quick and good. She was able to take the Job on a Monday to finish Friday morning, which I am grateful for. However I had some problems with the work on pickup. Sizing adjustments were okay. I felt like the overall quality of the work was untidy and not clean. Snags, non organized stitching, it all seemed clumsy. I especially had a problem with the faux buttons on the sleeves. You see they had to be moved up since I had the sleeves shortened. The original faux slits for the buttons were removed entirely and no new faux slits were made. When I asked about that she stated she could not do that, but any good tailor could imo. Further, the buttons were not aligned correctly. Instead of barely touching as before, 3 were touching, and one was overlapping on both sleeves and it was especially bad on one sleeve. When I asked her to fix it she said she would press it and it would fix it. I disagreed and when after pressing didn’t work, I asked her to please remove it and replace it. She went back for 3 min and came back out with what looked like slightly removing stitches on side of the button and then sewing it further up, it still overlaps, and now not only does it over lap, underneath the button there is haphazard sewing and snags from cut, but not removed thread. I decided to leave for fear that my jacket might get further damaged. I feel like the price I paid was woefully more than the workmanship I received. I wish the work could have been better but unfortunately, this is not a tailor I would use again.

I had given a few products for dry cleaning but it had came back worse than before. Lulu had informed me that the dry cleaning was running abit late so I came back a few days after. The clothes looked like they had barely been washed and still had dirty marks. One sweater came back damp even though we came back days later, the collar was stretched, dirty marks on the inside, while it was wet and on a hanger it had stretched even more. The dry cleaning is outsourced which was never specified and Lulu refused to apologise for the poor service. She just repeated why are you upset? It is only clothes". She said that she gets more expensive clothes than what I brought and they don't make a big fuss. She is rude
