I went to visit your store but did not realise you were closed on a sunday. I didnt want to waste my visit so i went to look through the window to see if i could see what i wanted and was verbally abused by a homeless man who looks to be living next to your shop.... he scared the life out of me and my nephew that was with me...

Service is virtually nonexistent. Female staff very rude. Every question asked the answer is google website. Staff not knowledgeable. Also kept assisting customer whom already decided on their purchase. When staff stopped talking I was waving my hands to get her attention. Was ignored. The customer had to tell her, her attention was needed by me. Don’t bother going there. Waste of time.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff fixed a tricky issue I had and recommended a good, well priced plumber who could install in the same week! Very happy, will be back.
