Great to deal with over the phone .. .. im yet to drop in for rebuild.. .. but I'm feeling very confident work will be good quality..going on detailed explanation over the phone.

I Had the 360 towpack gearbox fitted to my 78 troopy about 20,000 ks ago, just like to say the whole procces was great , i turned up out of the blue from nsw ..4 days later picked up truck with new gearbox ,HD clutch, transfer bearings and diff fix . Since the install i have had no trouble and not even a drip of oil. The new gearbox ratios are the best fuel economy is up to 150ks better per tank ...unreal...gearbox feels great to drive...its good to know theres a solid gearbox underneath for when i eventually tow ..Thanks Brian , Jaquie and crew ....Mick

Absolutely woeful experience. After being recommended to these guys ended up with a woeful experience after their diagnosis they recommended to replace the gear box and a two week time frame. I asserted I needed my vehicle back asap as it is how i pickup my son to which they assured me it would be done. It ended up taking them 8 weeks because they were unable to locate the correct gear box to which I had to speak to my mechanic and we found the correct gear box and I requested it to be put in instead they bought two gear boxes made one called a bitsa. I said I prefer the new one as it's the new one for the same money to which they replied it's too late we already out it in. The bitsa then broke down at 11,000 KMs failed and second gear became horrible they refused fault and warranty and would not help further because it was going to cost them money. I feel this business the money is more important than the customer. They only got one star because they dont have negative.

The best gearbox people without any doubt. Not only are their products fantastic but they take the time to actually explain the details. I have just got them to install a new Towpack gearbox in my 1993 Landcruiser...what a difference it has made. If you need a gearbox then these guys are who you should talk to.

Again, the team excelled and saved our bacon. At very (very) short notice they slipped our 79 into their shop and slipped in a new rear diff and locker, just in time too.Can’t recommend the team highly enough. Poor workmanship and they do not stand behind their services, or honor any written or statutory warranty.The gearbox and transfer case in my vehicle was reconditioned" by this company at cost of $5
