My past experience with Jim's PC has been very positive. I was about to get 4GB RAM added to my old laptop, but Jim pointed out to me that it wouldn't do much due to my crappy CPU. Thanks to him, I saved hundreds of dollars. He is always honest and his repairs are quick and are of a high standard. I truly believe the first review was unfair - why would you even need to install Windows 7 on your laptop? And even if you did, why would you want someone else to do it for you? Just install it yourself with a DVD or ISO file. It's purely your fault for not knowing much about computers. I recommend Jim as he does amazing work for a one-man business.

Jim's correctly diagnosed the damaged hard disk which was causing my laptop to fail and quickly replaced it with a similar component. It has now been working fault free for 3 weeks.I can't fault the speed and price, and will definitely take any future computer issues here. Happy customer!

Fantastic service. Brought him a home build PC I just couldn't figure out how to fix and he had it sorted, along with the insurance paperwork for replacement parts both quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Don't look further, Jim's your guy.

I trust this man very much. If it's a simple problem he says so, and he doesn't make out that there's a bigger problem than there really is. He charges a small quote fee but it's not too much. I've seen him every few years for different problems and I've always been happy with the service.

Jim is a genius - professional and courteous. I broke a pin on a CPU and he was able to repair it no dramas. Gave me an ETA of two days but called me within two hours to say it was done.Fantastic! Saved me several hundred $$ from a dead CPU.

I tend to build and customise my own PC's as I'm picky on what I want in my build. My latest PC shut off suddenly, and I didn't have the tools to trouble shoot it myself. I took it down to Jim and let him know the details.He got back to me in a few days with a few options on what parts to use. After picking the part I wanted it was ready to collect in a few days. He explained all he did to test and confirm the issue.All up he does a great job, easy to work with, and knows what he is doing.Thanks again Jim!
