I rented a property through Ray White Wilston for several years. My property manager was Katie Blackford and she was amazing. I found her very professional and always helpful. Any maintanence issues I had while living there were dealt with quickly. When I moved out of the property she arranged a time for us to met for the final inspection so if there were any problems i could fix them straight away. It was fantastic because my bond refund was in my account really fast. Would recommend her as a property manager for anyone

I had my property being managed by ray white Wilson for over 10yrs and in general I had no issues until recently. I discovered that trades were either not quoting before engaging in work nor were they even visiting the property when submitting quotes. I brought my concerns to management but I didn’t feel they wanted to do anything but discuss the issue. I would not recommend them to manage my mailbox again.
