South Fremantle Dog Beach

Beautiful beautiful beach with lots of friendly doggos. Went early morning in autumn and it's perfect weather, not much wind, so nice. There is even a box of dog toys that is communal I guess. Was a coffee van just 50m away the few mornings I went. Water is super clear and a good spot to start a walk south along 4 x beaches and back.

Best dog beach we have been to, we travel about 30mins to get here and it’s the worth the drive. People are lovely and dogs well behaved not like some dog beaches. Great little coffee van. You can chill on the beach or the grass area.

Awesome ... For dogs specially they made all arrangements... Each animal has the right to enjoy life...

Man, there is nothing I love more than taking my dog to the beach.I used to have major anxiety taking my dog to the beach, but this place is a whole new aspect of doggy freedom. And everyone is always super nice, too!10/10 is the only place I'll miss when leaving Perth

Nice beach but I feel that there might be too many dogs for such a small space (at peak times).Nice grassed area with a couple of cold water showers, handy to wash off the sand. There’s usually a coffee truck on site in the morning, which is useful for those needing a brew.Beautiful place to watch the sunset too!

The safer area, dogs must stay on lead at all times, further up from the main dog beach was a dream come true for my rescue girl. She'd never seen the ocean before and it was such a great day. Thanks Kate.

This is yet another fantastic Perth Dog beach.It is very popular which means a lot of people and dogs in a small area. No issues when I was there last.The car park is very full and I saw more action with inpatient clowns there than on the beach.

South Beach is the beach to go if you're a backpacker or a hippy! Great vibes!!
