Buy your Skoda from another dealer. It has been 119 days and counting and the Service Team has not fixed the AC system on my Kodiaq. The lack of communication, empathy and basic customer support is not aligned with the Skoda brand.I can understand manufacturing and supply chain issues. I can't understand why I have to chase your team to get an update and an ETA for a repair.And when the Service team tells you to call Skoda Australia Headquarters for further assistance and gives you a number for a Call Centre in the Philippines that in their own words, has no way to communicate with Head Office" - it is unacceptable. The call centre literally put me on hold to call the Essendon Skoda Service department only to return and say that they can't help me because the dealer needs to authorize the request.I imagine that Skoda will respond to this with an apology and some commentary about "how they value customer feedback." The reality is when you can't fix my car in 4 months and can't be bothered to provide an update or basic customer support

Terrible. Avoid. Booked in for a log book service, requested that a suspension noise to be assessed while the vehicle was in for the service. Some hours after dropping off the car, the service advisor phoned to say that all the brakes need replacing". After a couple of minutes of questioning this to get the details he finally admitted only the front brakes were worn. Details were difficult to get from him. They then quoted $1500 to do this work

We love our new Skoda Kodiak. Our Positive feedback would be that Customer service was energetic and presented well. However it felt rushed, like they wanted to move me on, so they can get to the next customer as quick as possible (something I usually experienced at any car dealerships!) Also I didn’t have a receipt of sale when we drove the car out of there, and it would have been nice to get a quick run though on the future major service details.Having said all this, at a time where new car sales/demand are through the roof, the customer service may feel overwhelmed. Is this the case? If so, what can Skoda do to provide better service in these situations?Still love the car though!!!

Happy with our new car, the team at Essendon Skoda were very helpful. Mustafa assisted me in comparing the different models and ultimately I chose the Karoq.We very happy with the car and I’m happy to report the whole transaction went very smoothly. I must say Aaron at service desk was very welcoming & helpful and explained all the details very well. I am in love again (no, not with the dashing salesman Jeremy). Just picked up our Skoda Octavia RS245 from Essendon Skoda and had the best buying experience ever. Our sales guy Jeremy made it a lot of fun and interesting instead of a boring stress factor to work out what we wanted. He gave us superb advice and was always happy to answer our questions (honestly), no matter how many I've had. I can highly recommend Jeremy and Skoda Essendon.
