Went there on friday and fill up my cars fuel tank. Girl name Arsh who was at station for customer service., she was so rude, no hey no hello, even after paying for fuel she haven't asked that you want receipt or not. Please have some respect and welcoming behaviour with customers

It would be my third choice of petrol Station if I am too far from Metro (1st choice) or Puma (2nd choice) in terms of price. Plus tuis one is right next door to Hungry Jacks so if you need fuel for your car and body at the same time, this is a good place to go.

Don’t go before 6am as the service is just pathetic. Hopeless. Coffee machine always requires milk or emptying of grounds, the alarm is deafening and always goes off when the automatic doors go off. You ask them to turn it off and they just stare blankly.They’re just imbecilic.

I'm a local guide who regularly refuels tour buses here. A big shout out to Chua who kindly and patiently found and reprinted a receipt the next day after I forgot to collect it when paying. Thankyou for your great customer service when you managed my request while serving other customers.

When fuel in the western suburbs is selling under $1.00 a litre and this fuel station is charging $1.55 a litre I can only say someone is being very greedy and does nor deserve my business.Top up where the pricing is fair is the best advice I can give drivers.

Rude staff even for a servo! Staff member didn't know how to process an EFT card so immediately blamed me for giving her a faulty card, I had to wait 15 minutes while she called the manager and he told her how to do it. No apology or communication, just scowled at me for making her work so hard that she had to make a phone call. Not the most difficult job in the world is it, but some still can't get it right.

Petrol pump was not working, fuel was expensive and they charged me for someone else’s petrol!! Despite being listed on linkt as a place to pay for tolls, the staff were unable to help or provide any advice on where else to go.
