Dont trust these guys i am currently pursuing them through fair trading and the ACCC they dont adhere to consumer law nor do they take injuries caused by their faulty machines seriously. Dont buy anything from them . They sell products they know have a coherent failure which they dont disclose at point of sale. Scammers and a bunch of crooks but I wont stop until the ACCC enforce penalties against them.

Worst place to buy equipment from.Staff un-professional and make in appropriate comments towards customers, I felt very un-ease.I have bought a LSG treadmill previously and they make excuses as to why they wont repair even though it is under warranty.If i could give less then 1 star i would.Management starting from the top are horrible and RUDE.

DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor service, poor resolution time, poor understanding and damaged equipment. We purchased almost $4000 worth of equipment and it was covered in oiled up residue, our plates has scuff marks all over it and our weight stack plates has a hollow dent through it as well as more paint scuffs all over our bar. We have been going back and fourth with the support team and they fail to understand our needs and are very rude. We initially spoke to one of the technical reps who told us to file out our brand new bench to fit the screw in (?) This is the worst place to buy any equipment. They do not add any protection or fragile sticker on their equipment and they blame the courier guys and handles for their faults. Extremely cheap and waste of time. You may aswell buy second hand than from this useless outfit. Save your money and do not waste your time with these people. The support team say they help but it’s a load of baloney. I hope I steer someone away to help them avoid copious amounts of time with this terrible, cheap and ridiculous company.

Nice customer service and reasonable prices in Broadmeadows. Cortex and lifespan are major brand exercise equipment you can buy here or order online.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, after receiving new cables for my crossover machine ( poor quality ) . Cory from tech support has zero customer service skills. If i could put no star i would of.

Do not recommend!! Same as other reviews, my treadmill has not worked since the day we purchased it. Back and forth with videos and emails for 5 months. I was asked to send back monitor to repair, I requested someone come out to service for fear of damage, this was denied and we sent monitor as requested and yes it was damaged in transit. I received an email accusation that it was damaged before sending. Thankfully I took photos before sending of it in perfect condition.Yet to receive the replacement. Very disappointing

Product was to be delivered by the 3rd May and still yet to receive goods, I am being told it is still within the 6 businesses for delivery yet no one can locate where our package is and no replacement is being offered, just being asked to wait. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE you will get a run around in circles to get your goods.

Please do not purchase any treadmills or other fitness equipment from this company. We recently purchased a treadmill which once we assembled found it faulty and did not work. Since then we have been discussing back and forth with various parties and no resolution. Honestly we thought it was a little cheaper than the other major brands and purchased it, which is totally not worth it. There is minimal to no support to help you address this issue in a timely manner that would be considered acceptable. You could be sitting with a faulty product in your residence for a long time, at least based on our personal experience.

The staff are nice and fun to talk with and my dad's really happy with the bike helmet I bought for him.

We purchased a brand new threadmill LSG vulcan m2 which unfortunately has not worked since unboxing it. Despite numerous back and forth interactions with the customer service team, after making us change the switch panel, undoing the motor panel and checking for connections, removing the display unit and checking for connections, the machine still does not work. Really disappointed with this product and more so no progress towards an outcome or resolution to our issue after 4 weeks of purchase.Even if it is few hundred dollars more buy something like Nordictrack as their service would be better and definitely products wouldn’t be this unreliable
