The benefit brow team at Northland is amazing! Than does my brows and she is the best of the best. The only brow place I trust <3

Went back to Benefit today. I got a younger brow professional, she didn’t even say her name. My brows turned out pretty bad for a tiny and wax. I asked for very little waxing and she just kept going. The shape afterwards was really poor too. Very disappointed with my second visit here. Will need to consider different places next time.

Just got a brow lamination, wax and tint and it came out perfect! Ada was amazing - friendly, approachable and professional. Reasonable price point, clean space and fab results. 110% recommend!

My last 2 visits to see Tanh at Northland have not been pleasant. Having seen her for years and being happy, I needed to see someone else in her absence, someone who did a very poor job. On my last visit to Tanh I was accused of messing my brows up, why would I consistently pay for them to be done and then make a hack job of it myself? Today, she was very abrupt, barking at me and less than helpful and not at all emphatic regarding my situation of now being uneven from 2 visits ago. I asked her what was wrong and said I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me. I tried again to engage with her when I was paying and she completely brushed me off. I have recommended many people to go there, bought many products both for myself and gifts. Very unhappy and expecting a resolution. Something there has dramatically changed.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone is so helpful and everyone is always so nice!I don't just go to get my brows done by wonderful Thanh but love love love their products too!

I’ve been coming to Benefit and seeing Thanh for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! Thanh always does my brows perfectly

the lady i booked with (thanh) only commented on how bad my eyebrows were and she doesn’t admit her mistakes. she made my eyebrows uneven and didn’t bother to fix it despite me telling her. she kept telling me my brows looked bad and i’m only young. do not book with her she is not nice. she sent me home crying
