Very poor watch repair skills and cheep, low quality repair materials. Wasn't able to recognize eco-drive watch and was arguing with me that my 10 year old(!!!) eco-drive citizen watch purchased from authorized retailers with citizen trademark and clear writting on the dial 'Eco-drive' 50m waterproof has a quartz battery - LOL!!! Replaced cracked glass. After 3 days it become loose and fell out somwhere in water compleatly destroying my watch. Refused refund, called me a liar and accused me of deliberately smashing the glass!!!! Seriously??? Rediculous. Lucky it was very old watch and I didn't care much about the outcome. However I do not suggest anyone to use his services unless it's a watch you can afford to destroy and loose repair money.

Oliver from fix it gallery always finds a quick and cheap fix to a solution. Fixed my watch and my bracelet in minutes. When I asked 3 other places they said they couldn’t do it or it would need to be soldered. 10/10 service

I was referred to Oliver through one of the jewellers in the centre. The watch I was given for my 21st birthday was broken. I was shocked when I got a quote for $15 to repair it. I was expecting to pay at least $50!!! The job was done within 15 minutes. The service was honest, fast and thorough. I would gladly use Fix it Gallery for all future repairs to my watches.

Highly recommend for any jewellery repairs. They fixed my locket in 2 minutes and didn’t even charge me! I’ve used these guys before and have never been disappointed.

Incredible result after I basically destroyed my wife's engagement ring by stupidly trying to fix it myself. Ring looks brand new now and was done for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier and very grateful for their work.
