After years of ongoing actuator replacements and subsequent expense I am frustrated by the unreliability of the installation and equipment, and the never ending excuses. I have six of these operating high hopper windows, and rarely have the six worked at once.At the time of the last failure. technicians at my insistence , checked the on-load voltage at the further-est window, and told me the voltage drop was unacceptable.D.C. voltage drop causes overload and burnout of motors.An agreement was made for replacement of the power supply (transformer, circuit board to suit, and wiring of sufficient capacity).This was later disputed by management who wished me to replace at my own expense.I have paid for this system nearly or at least twice over, so I am having it totally removed and replaced with manual louvers.

I gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for window solutions. Our job was particularly tricky as we live in an A frame home. We had on going problems with the original windows installed (not this company) as they were electric louvres that were 6 metres high and kept on breaking down, so rendered the windows useless. Shane came around and came up with a manual solution for us.The staff who did the job for us could not have been more creative or helpful. We are extremely happy with the finished job requirement which is easy to use, effective and looks great.I would have to say that they went out of their way to fix our problem.
