Needlessly dumb and stubborn. If you need anything JP signed, you’ll need to look up the actual policy to convince them they should, on viewing correct ID (they said they needed to know a person for 12 months). Granted, I got mine signed albeit after much back and forth. But based on that interaction, I won’t trust them with my Gran’s prescriptions. Simply no place for such oafish behaviour in any form of health service delivery.

The pharmacist working there on a Friday ,was very unhelpful discriminating and left me feeling judged. Disgusting behaviour. Never go there.

Price gouging masks during a pandemic, 8.95 for a surgical mask and over $20 for 1 n95 mask, reported to fair trading commission. Added a photo of my receipt as proof after the reply from Starchem.

Pharmacist was able to figure out what 3 doctors (2 from South Steyne Medical Centre) couldn’t, and didn’t bother to investigate further. In fact, one of those doctors told me my infection was “a physical manifestation of anxiety”, the second doctor had a similar attitude, both ultimately leaving me to deal with discomfort for around 5 weeks without appropriate treatment.Found the pharmacist lady with blonde hair to be very empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. Directed me to the right tablets in under a minute. Problem solved.Highly recommend.

Worst customer experience of my life. Patronising, manipulative and rude. Does nose piercings with guns even though you’re not allowed. Do not recommend or would trust them with any piercings.
