Really happy with my real estate agent Jenna from 4one4.I really felt she was working for me the whole time and she listened to what I wanted ie no open home and no for sale boards, unusual but she didn’t try to persuade me to do otherwise in any way. The second people to look around bought my house!Jenna was always responsive to messages and phone calls including after hours and weekends which was great.She gave me lots of good advice at all times. The best thing was with 4one4 the cost to sell was very fair and at least $3000 less than other local agents.I recommend Jenna highly.I was interstate for part of the sale period and was happy to give the keys to Jenna to show people around. A great experience. Sam and Aaron have both been easy to deal with and made the process of selling our house so smooth. We had full faith in them from the very first day we met them and we knew they would do their absolute best to get us a great outcome and they sure did meet our expectations. Fantastic Service. I engaged Martin Evans to sell my property and found his service to be fantastic. He prepared a very professional proposal, discussed all aspects of the process thoroughly and had definitely done his homework on my property and the market in the area. Fraud and Coerce AgencyDuring a routine inspection, our property agent suspected water damage in the bathroom, but we denied any water spills on our part. However, they later tried to pressure us into accepting responsibility for the incident. Upon professional inspection, it was revealed that there was water leakage beneath the house. Additionally, there were very low responsiveness to any maintenance issues in the property. When our tenancy ended, we thoroughly cleaned the property based on the agent's feedback. Despite this, they came up with the excuse that the owner could smell spices in the house, even though we had vacated it weeks ago and had the carpet professionally cleaned. Throughout the process, we experienced delays, unresponsiveness, and a lack of initiative from the agent regarding the release of our bond. They displayed unprofessional behavior, were rude during phone conversations, and had a reputation for dishonesty. Overall, their conduct demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism and a lack of consideration for tenants.

Renee was extremely helpful, understanding and a great communicator! As first home buyers, the process was very daunting for us. Renee was very quick to arrange a showing of the property around our schedules and gave us helpful advice around putting in our offer. From the moment our offer was accepted, all the way through to the settlement process, Renee kept the line of communication open and was always quick in her replies to us. She was understanding of our situation when our finance was delayed and took a lot of our of the anxiety around that away as she reminded us to trust the process and that everything would come through. We are so happy that our new home was represented by Renee, we have had a very positive experience and would confidently refer anyone to use Renee as an agent in the future.
