After having our air conditioner installed 10 years ago by this company $14000 later each year we have had issues with our system constant call outs over the 10 years. Was going to take over a month for someone to even come out to lookAfter having an independent contractor come out to the property he had enough information to give crispair. Crispair then charged me $190 for not only 15 mins work.Then took days to get a price after a number of follow ups by me to then be shocked with a $2800 quote to repair our system. We thought that was a lot. We have since had our system fixed and got quotes from 2 different companies for just over $1000.Use at your own risk and have a heavy wallet

We recently had an air conditioner installed in our townhouse. From my first contact with Gabriel at the Daikon dealership to installation with Crispair and Sebastian and his team I felt confident that I had made the right choice. The communication was timely and made me feel a valued customer.Unfortunately the installation had to be postponed and was unable to be completed on the organised day. This was inconvenient but at present not an unusual occurrence with the pressures in anything related to the building industry. We were aware that this was a possibility.What I liked under the circumstances was how quickly I was responded to when I rang to enquire about the delay. The installer apologised and made sure he could install the unit as early as possible and as convenient as possible to us. Although very unexpected but appreciated an upgrade to a better unit was offered.I thoroughly recommended this company as I’m sure I have a great product installed. I believe the company is genuine in it’s attempts to work with clients to work professionally and with belief in the products they sell and install.

Aircon consistently does not turn on. Landlord says its because the fan has been placed on a side of the house where moisture gets into the system. Really frustrating

We had our aircon installed they were the cheapest around for Dakin and professional. Adam did our commission service I explained we were immunocompromised to wear a mask as soon as I opened the door he had a mask on he didn't ask any questions in regards to why he was professional completed his job.Fantastic service.

I found them through Daikin's website and they respond faster than other suppliers, Gabriel their sales rep found some time to help understand some limitation in my house due to the position of the unit, a Daikin multi-head unit, they also have a very competitive price. The apex of the service is the guarantee of a very good installation by Sebatian its installer, which is very good, the guy has a great attention to detail and tries to understand and correct" any problems encountered during the installation with the finishing of the side matching the colour of the brick and positioning the Split unit at a slight angle to help water and dirt not accumulate inside the unit
