Fitstop Hervey Bay is the best gym ever!I’ve tried other gyms in the past and have struggled to find motivation to get there, but with Fitstop, I actually look forward to my sessions there.Whilst it is a set workout each day, you have the freedom to go as hard /heavy as you want, or you can choose to go lighter and focus on form.Super supportive and friendly environment, and really nice showers + bathrooms.Amy, Tash & Sunny are great trainers and will help you reach your goals!

Amazing environment, supportive and knowledgeable trainers. Having a few permanent injuries, they are more than happy adjust the workout to suit me. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fitstop Hervey Bay has the best community. I have been to multiple gyms in different towns due to moving a lot and this one is by far the best. The atmosphere is welcoming and very friendly. Everyone says hello and the coaches are there to encourage and support your training and goals. The coaches know you by name which important to me I’m not just another member. They get to know you as a person. It fun and it’s a gym you actually look forward to going to. I even don’t mind getting up at 4.20am for a 5am class as I genuinely enjoy the class. If you go I guarantee you will enjoy it.

Wow, this place is like a globo gym from dodgeball on steroids! Amy and Simon were very encouraging and even as an experienced cross fitter could even give me plenty of tips. They help you reach your goals and you will leave feeling like a new person.
