Western Diagnostic Pathology
Rude staff, giving misinformation then claiming they hadn't. Who says ok to put stool and urine sample in same container, I knew it was wrong. Then the nurse denied she'd said this when I took it to her.The ticketing system is confusing, one old lady got reprimanded publically for pulling a ticket out of used box.Lastly one person left after waiting so long!These two women need to get their act sorted out and stop making sick people feel like idiots when in actual fact they are not showing empathy kindness or care. They should get a new job more suited to their temperament.
