I am a weekly regular though I don’t live in the area. I’m always greeted cheerfully by the staff here, which makes a difference to the stores which are my local, which never seem to even acknowledge any customers’ presence! The ladies at the self-service area have been great, whether at a busy time or not. It’s a clean store and the fresh produce always looks fresh.I’m finding that Woolies in general isn’t stocking a number of my regular items anymore. They’re still available - I’ve checked on the websites - so that’s not great. I’m hoping that this changes soon and the products I want will be stocked at this store (as well as the others I shop at) again.Parking is great too!Thanks to the great team at Kellyville Woolworths; great job!

Woolworths Kellyville quite regularly don’t have registers open. Now that the Woolworths group have taken away the Woolworths credit card - our discount is gone. No incentive to continue supporting a business who continues to lower their standards across the board.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The only problem is the number of staff at the chackouts is always minimum. They force you to self checkout with a full trolley.Self checkout with a full trolley is a nightmare. You run out of room & have to put paid shopping back in the trolley. The machine then thinks your stealing & calls for assistance. They really need to hire more staff at the checkouts.

Typically, cut flowers can be found in the front nearthe entrance, and fruit section on the left side. It has a section selling sushi as well.The arrangement of the chest freezers are mishmashThe store isles are wide, and there is much unused space in several parts od the store.I am glad to see a sanitising machine at the exit of the store.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Marika. My elderly father went to do the groceries and needed help to find some items. Marika helped my father and when she was unsure of what was needed, he rang me and Marika checked she was getting the correct items.Shout out to Marika for going above and beyond and making my dads day.

I have never been to the grocery store before as I am an American citizen and we do not have Woolworths in America, the service is really great and helpful. This is a very busy location so a lot of the produce and meats are fresh.

Just goes to show how long they keep their fruit and veg in the cool rooms for!!Mould inside the capsicums, attached to the seeds!!I think this needs to be managed better!!

Have been shopping here for the last 15 years - not any more. The width of half the aisles (the most popular ones) have been considerably reduced in recent months. Bizarrely, no change to the aisles that are empty 90% of the time, such as pet food.I was in there today and in just 1 aisle - there were 2 staff pushing click & collect trolley’s, 2 customers with trolleys, another customer and I with hand baskets. In any other supermarket that wouldn’t be a problem - but here half our time was spent pushing ourselves against the shelves every 20 seconds or so to let each other pass.Making the aisles so narrow chocks them up with customers & makes it impractical for shoppers to find what they need. Check your takings Woolies Kellyville…this will be the reason for the decline. The Coles next door is full of space.
