I have been having trophies engraved at Excel for several years now and am exceptionally happy with the service and quality - Taryn always goes out of her way to get quick turn around requests done and can match engraving on perpetual trophies really well. Great value!

Saw the reviews and though I'd give them a go - called to ask about what they had in the way of shoe polish to see if they had what I needed - basic questions. The lady couldn't be bothered giving me much information and would have rather gotten off the phone, saying goodbye multiple times, telling me to 'just come in' if I wanted to see. Will stick with Mark at Sole Bros in Subi Square who is a real customer service gentleman!!

The rudest man I have ever come across. Arrived a little earlier than stated on the docket to collect my shoes. Abuse but the man (owner) of the shop. Just unacceptable. However the shoes were ready for collection anyway. Do we have to pay for bad service!!!!

Not the first time I have experienced really rude customer service. First time I was told shoes would be ready in 2 weeks and when I went to collect them was arrogantly dismissed and told they weren't ready and wouldn't be for another 3 weeks. Today was told they're too busy and are away from tomorrow for 6 weeks - great business model. Some people should not go into retail!

Horrible service. Woman in the store told me she didn’t have time to help me find a product to suit my needs meanwhile her colleague stood talking to a woman about her tattoo for over 5 minutes while I waited to be served. Appalling and disappointing, I left feeling very upset. I left without buying anything, it’s a real shame because I prefer buying local. My recommendation is to find another business to buy trophies and medals from because this one does not care about helping you.
