Sapphire Indian Restaurant
After traveling all day, i called and booked a table, I have tried many Indian restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne but non of them were as good as Sapphire, hats off to the Chef who cooked delicious meals, the service of the lady who served me was exceptional, she really know's what she is doing.i recommend them to open up a restaurant in Sydney as well. I would love to get meals everyday.A Must try if you are in Newcastle.

Sapphire Indian Restaurant
The food was so scrumptious that we over are. My friends and I have never been to this Sapphire and was so pleasantly surprised. I consider myself a curry connoisseur and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and even the toilets were very classy. Our waitress was very obliging and even when they were closing up we were still being served what we asked for. The servings were very generous and each dish was so tasty we kept eating. We even took left overs home for the dog........ We will come back but now we know how much we can eat proportionately. Thank you again.

Sapphire Indian Restaurant
We have very few favourite local restaurants that routinely get our repeat business & Sapphire is one. The food quality & range of choice are excellent. Our orders always come fast, fresh & nicely presented. The staff are friendly & welcoming & overall we always feel we've received good value for money. The recent renovations have very much enhanced the ambience - don't be put off by the location on a busy road as you won't hear it & parking is easy.

From the moment we step into restaurant, we are warmly greeted by staff, taken to our seats and offered water and menu. Waited for no more than 8 minutes and yuhooo, we had our entree on the table. Delicious and amazing. Same goes with the main course. Don't forget to try their new cocktails, I just loved it.Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing Indian restaurant in Newcastle. It's a great experience. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. Everytime I visit this restaurant, I take with me yummy taste and great moments. Amazing cocktails, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. They always made us feel welcomed and gave an amazing experience. Food taste will bring you here again and again. You can't resist yourself.

Awesome food. Its very hard to find a good Indian Restaurant. However, Everything that we ordered was authentic and flavourful. The food made our day and we even had some takeaway. The staff was friendly and helped us with all queries.Highly recommended in Hamilton area.

As someone who recently visited ur restaurant, I want share some feedback on my experience. Unfortunately its not a good one with both food and the service.For the food, it was not upto par with my expectations. The dishes lacked authenticity and were not prepared to our liking. The presentation was lacking and portion sizes were quite small for the price.The waiters need finesse in their approach towards their guests and I clearly see that they were not trained properly. This may shy a lot of diners away from visiting ur restaurant.I believe this feedback is taken in the right spirit and my suggestion will be to focus on improving service and paying attention to the little details that make a dining experience special. For ex: accomodating their requests politely and not being hasty is serving the food showing that the restaurant wants to get rid of the guests as soon as possible.I also suggest to work on enhancing the flavors and authenticity of dishes along with its presentation. Perhaps sticking to tested cooking techniques while preparing any particular dish can make a big diff in the overall quality of food.I am proud of my indian food heritage and it clearly lacks in this restaurant.The restaurant has the potential to become a great dining experience. Hope the feedback is taken constructively and is used to improve the overall dining experience of future guests.

Wouldn’t recommend for a dinner reservation and don’t expect an authentic Indian restaurant. Food was lovely and tasty, very enjoyable. The layout of the restaurant is awkward and the atmosphere isn’t relaxing for an intimate date or conversations. Ps. They were vacuuming whilst we was still in the restaurant enjoying our meals, we felt rushed to finish and leave on a Saturday night. Felt very uncomfortable. I Would get takeaway for a dinner/lunch.
