Prices seem to be pretty good but the service needs a bit of kick in the pants. It would be lovely to see the staff smile or crack a joke. I went in with the hope of buying lots for a reno but the sales agent was having a bland moment/day/week/month/year???? I'm still waiting on the email he was supposed to send me 4 days ago.

Shopping for a bathroom renovation today. The Kawana store was extremely busy with many customers. The staff were amazing somehow able to check and recheck if we needed any help. Printing off information for us and answering question whilst juggling a very busy store. Appreciated the excellent customer service despite being run off their feet.
