So disgusted and disappointed. Went through drive through tonight which takes me about 40 mins there and back so a little out of my way (the girl that served me was so sweet however!!) but when I got home and went to eat my panini I found a massive hair imbedded in it and i had to throw it out. Such a waste of time and money

I recently visited this Starbucks and unfortunately had a truly terrible customer service experience with the barista named Kristina. Her lack of basic customer service skills and negligence were highly disappointing.Upon placing my order, Kristina seemed disinterested and made no effort to engage with me as a customer. However, I patiently waited for my drink to be prepared, assuming that it would be a standard wait time. To my dismay, after starting the preparation of my drink, Kristina abruptly abandoned it and left it sitting on the counter for a staggering 10 minutes.During this time, Kristina did not communicate with me or provide any explanation for her absence. I found it extremely unprofessional and disrespectful that she would leave a customer's order unattended for such a lengthy period without any valid reason.The delay not only inconvenienced me, but it also affected the overall quality of my drink. By the time Kristina returned and finally handed it to me, my beverage was lukewarm and noticeably different from what I had expected. The lack of attention and care in its preparation was evident, leaving me highly dissatisfied.Furthermore, Kristina displayed a complete disregard for basic customer service etiquette. She did not apologize for the delay or offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused. Her lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for her actions only further aggravated the situation.As a frequent customer at Starbucks, I have come to expect a certain level of service and quality, but this experience fell far short of those expectations. Kristina's lack of customer service skills, coupled with her negligent behavior, made for an overall unpleasant visit.I hope that Starbucks management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand. It is crucial for employees like Kristina to undergo further training to ensure that customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Countless times do I have to get them to remake my order, either they make it poorly or they have it half made and then it sits there. If I'm paying nearly 8 dollars for a coffee, I'm expecting it to taste like a strong coffee, not watered down sewage water. The staff always look angry and grumpy. Obviously there are a few staff members that are always happy to help, but today on my visit, Katrina I think her name was, she was very unpleasant

I had the worst experience at Starbucks Coolaroo today at 9.40 pm Friday 2023. The staff was incredibly rude specially the supervisor she was unprofessional and disrespectful. They called the police on me for no reason and made me feel like a criminal. When the police arrived, they couldn't find anything wrong with what I did. I simply ordered my coffee and was asked to move my car and go inside to order from the drive-through. The supervisor was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist me, She called the police on me, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing.I do not recommend this Starbucks location to anyone. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never return to this store and will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to avoid it at all costs. Starbucks should be ashamed to have employees like this representing their brand.

If i wanted a snowcone i would have went somewhere else. Unreal service. Bet the other workers knew the girl blended it like this and just didn't bother to tell her to re-correct it. Get your act together and serve people proper drinkable beverages.
