Great meat selection on display and more authentic Italian products available for sale. Pork and fennel sausage made by Giuseppe are excellent. I brought four but only ate two and used the other two to make a sausage Sugo that I'll use with the pappardelle also brought at the store.. mouthwatering! I also tried the chocolate and ricotta cake made by Giuseppe and it was delicious. I'll definitely come back like every other customer who was in the store! This place is addictive!

Hands down best butcher on the North Shore, maybe in NSW. Giuseppe and his team are always so friendly when I go in. Even better when I am preparing a slow cook Ragu I can call ahead and they have everything ready for me. Everything in here from the sausages to the desserts to the meats to the customer service - is all top notch. Thank you Giuseppe & team!

Giuseppe's makes living in Waverton great! His meats are wonderful but the passion and energy for butchery and customer service is something is else. Also, there is something about vising the shop which makes you feel very happy. Without doubt the best butchers in Sydney.

I recently purchased a piece of Rump steak from Giuseppe to have on the Bar B Q he cut it a centimetre thickness. . The flavour was superb, I seasoned it with garlic and salt , husband cooked it perfectly Med Rare. Lip smacking and absolutely tender and flavourful. As always Giuseppe you delivered. Glenys

I’m from out west so I’ve seldom been in to the store but every time I have I leave stoked knowing I’ve got some of the best product around. If I rock up to a BBQ with some of Guiseppe’s finest then the boys are cheering. One of the nicest blokes you’ll meet and the customer service is second to none.

Just moved to the neighbour and couldn’t be happier to be near Giuseppe’s! The loveliest owner, so friendly and so kind. Walked by with my puppy and he tossed a raw meatball out for him! What a guy! Will be returning for all our meat needs! Highly recommend!!!
