Store is ok but average for the Big W range of stores. Staff lovely and store is wheelchair accessible. Nothing wrong with the store and it has a lot of customers.

Great for all aspects of the house. They also stock a large range of toys and clothing for all ages. The store has been recently renovated and looks amazing.. Used click and collect service and had no issues with the timing or the pickup. Highly recommended this service.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kayla @ the party/balloon shop today mid-morning/lunch time…This young lady was extremely under the pump & getting ambushed by so many shoppers all at once, including shoppers just wanting to utilise her as a check-out.She was so well mannered & calm to every customer that came at her whilst also having to change a helium bottle.When our turn she answered all our questions without hesitation, was extremely helpful & even prioritised my order, while I waited.She is a real asset to your team & really deserves the recognition.I will definitely be back & be recommending the BigW Robina party shop.

Had a stressful night with our ps5 breaking and Aidren at Tec desk was the greatest help, very knowledgeable and kind. Theresa at layby/return was very helpful and kind as well. Thank you Big W Robina ☺️

Poor customer service, they do not know a long standing basic product, told me incorrect information. Waisted alot of my day with no resolution. Even management did not rectify their issue. Better management at pac fair with a better store experience
