Update: They had someone come out and replace the key without issue today so I'm happy about the outcome.This has certainly restored some faith in the business. Will still take some time before I decide to use them again or not but I won't say never.They damaged my key by somehow bending it which pulled the case apart, tried to fix it but they managed to put a twist in it and the fob part still doesn't work correctly because the unlock button gets stuck in sometimes.

So its been about 8 months since I first went to Pedders to get a brake upgrade. No one has contacted me despite me emailing numerous times and walking in and discussing it. No one has got back to me. Very unprofessional.

An edited response after driving another 100 kilometres to find all wheels overheating and screaming. Pulled into a trailer place in Hobart to spend 2000 dollars on cooked wheel bearings and new brakes for the van. Lesson to self - don't take a caravan to a car mechanic for any repairs!
