I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the friendly, helpful and dedicated staff at Wise - Burnie Office.Nicole is the BEST consultant I have ever had and displays understanding, compassion and wisdom way beyond her tender age. Thank you from the bottom of my heart~~Ben has also been a tremendous help and the support and encouragement they have both given me has been exceptional; this is in comparison to 4 other agencies where I had been placed.I was very despondent when staff and location changed once again, meaning no continuum, having to start all over, relive trauma to explain my circumstance. Starting from scratch was both depressing and frustrating! I had really given up hope due to my past experiences with the 'no care given' staff I'd previously been allocated and due to my PTSD was greatly lacking in confidence re: ever gaining satisfactory employment again.These lovely people have restored my faith in humankind and I cant reccommend them highly enough. The office is always a welcoming place and all the staff are friendly and accommodating. Congratulations to you all for creating such a space. I used to dread fortnightly appointments, now I look forward to them. God Bless you one all but especially you Nicole.
